Staff need to wrap items being mailed out for delivery
A glass bottle broke in the parcel that was headed for my home. The entire contents soaked both the interior & exterior of the box. The Apple cider vinegar even seeped into the plastic bottles of other products in the parcel box. I have been waiting for Well.ca to respond to my message regarding the product damage, the amount of cleaning I needed to do, and that I was quite badly cut when cleaning up broken glass. The glass bottle was not properly wrapped with bubble wrap & paper. Each of these only were laid flat on the bottom and top of the box. Staff needs to be properly trained on the best ways to wrap items being mailed out.

Apple Cider in Plastic Bottle
I love well.ca and will continue to purchase from them because their customer service is awesome. I think it would be important to mention that they bottle for this product is made of plastic, which is not great for vinegar. I would prefer to spend more for a glass bottle. It's a great product but because it's plastic I can't recommend it.

It really works!
I have read many articles about the usefulness of this product as it relates to weight loss. I put emit I was sceptical but after a month of use the results speak for themselves. I have added at least 4 extra pounds off in addition to my other efforts. It's organic and also contains the mother, which is essential

I try to avoid plastic containers so I was very disapointed to receive this apple cider vinegar in a plastic bottle. I always bought it in glass bottles before so I didnt pay attention but maybe it was mentioned in the description. If you want to avoid plastic, beware

Quality vinegar, excellent service.
Fast shipping and reliable brand. I only with that the bottle was glass rather than plastic. I will reorder when I need to replenish my recent shipment. Well.ca is reliable and shipping is well done.

So disappointed in the plastic bottle
Great product that IS available in a glass bottle. So unfortunate and disappointing that is only available in plastic on well.ca. Acidic vinegar sitting in plastic. Gross.
