Too much water
This is not full coconut cream but more like a coconut milk. It would not whip well and stayed separated. Not ideal for making ice cream. I had to drain most of the water and 1 can only gave me about half a cup cream. I’ve worked with better brands than this. Wont buy again for this purpose. But it did taste good .

Total fail for coconut yogurt
I have been making coconut yogurt successfully for months but unfortunately my favourite brand is new adding polysorbate 60 so decided to try Cha's.... No discernible cream layer when opening the can, just a solidified fat layer, and the yogurt completely failed, with a solid coconut oil layer on top and then a substantial layer of water underneath...
Very, very disappointing!

This was really chunky and grimy. I wanted to use it to make coconut whipped cream, but it was just too textured. I bought 6 cans of it so I'm going I can use the remainder in hot recipes. The flavour was fine and I like the BPA free part, but I won't buy them again.

I was hoping for a coconut milk in which the coconuts were picked AND milked by monkeys, but this product will have to suffice.
Just kidding, this is a very tasty coconut milk; I use it in my Thai curries.
