After reading up on cinnamon I came across Cha’s brand true cinnamon. Many herbs and spices are best left in their solid form until you are ready to use them and one of those spices is cinnamon. Cha’s True Cinnamon Quills are very flavourful and very easily ground in a coffee grinder. I use cinnamon every day in one way or another to reap its health benefits. I store the remainder of the quills in my freezer in a vacuum sealed pkg to keep them fresh for a longer period of time.
