i really like this shredded and cooked in sauce ! i didnt have as easy a time shredding it as people say, it took a long time and lots of gripping with my nails. but it's a pretty good vehicle for sauces and a really nice texture if looking for meat alternatives.

I really like this stuff. It shreds nice and quick with a few pulses of the food processor. Excellent with your favourite BBQ sauce, used in vegan pulled pork sandwiches.

The jackfruit for your veggie pulled pork!
I used to buy another brand (Aroy-D) but couldn't find it so I decided to try this brand. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. My veggie pulled pork tasted even better!
