This is delicious and quite spicy so a little goes a long way. It arrived just as I was making pasta for lunch. I usually grate fresh Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and sprinkle hot pepper flakes on my plate of pasta but instead of the pepper flakes I stirred in a spoonful of this hot antipasto and it transformed my usual delicious pasta into something absolutely devine. The reason I'm giving this a 3 star instead of 5 is because authentic Italian antipasto is made with extra virgin olive oil. This is made with canola oil which isn't a healthy oil and alters the taste. It would taste infinitely better and healthier if they used extra virgin olive oil which they should for the price. For that reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 and as much as I really like it, I won't be buying it again.
