AMAZING
I have VERY sensitive skin and it is very hard to find a facial cleanser that doesn't have perfume in it. While this product smells good it also does not make my skin irritated. I have not gotten any rashes from it.

Formula change
This used to be my absolute favourite, ive used it for years. I bought a new bottle and it smelled so weird, i thought maybe it was just a bad batch. Bought a new one from a different store and it had the same terrible smell and leaves my skin dry. Looked and compared ingredients and the last 2 ingredient lines are completely different! So upset.

Didn't work for my skin
I have sensitive skin, seeing that this product was made for sensitive skin I was surprised when things didn't quite work out. I had been using this product for about three days when I noticed that pimples had progressively appeared. This is uncommon as I rarely ever get breakouts. I stopped using the product and the pimples disappeared. Days later I started using this product again only to find red rashes to appear on my cheeks.
This is definitely no coincidence. The product that said it worked for my skin didn't. I am very disappointed as I do like using products from this brand.

This product is definitely for sensitive skin, very gentle on the skin
I have been using this product for years. Very gentle on sensitive skin. The product doesn't dry out this skin like some products.

Perfect cleanser for sensitive skin
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the perfect cleanser for my sensitive skin-it's effective but does not cause skin irritation. It left my skin clean without any leftover makeup. I didn't need to use a two different cleanser - one oil based and one water based. This effectively removed my makeup. I also like that it did not dry out my skin. Would recommend for individuals with sensitive skin because it can be difficult to find products for sensitive skin. The fragrance in this product is not too strong, so it does not irritate my skin either.

Gentle on skin but tough on makeup
In short, this cleanser does what it should. It removes my foundation, mascara (not waterproof) and most of my eyeliner, but it's gentle enough that it doesn't sting my eyes. Great price too!

It simply does what it says
I was looking for a basic cleaners, free of acne medication and ingredients that could irritate my sensitive, dry, acne prone skin, and I found this some years ago. Been using it ever since. Leaves skin feeling clean--but not squeaky and without any type of residue or film that other products may leave. Doesn't strip your face of it's oils. If you have oily skin, don't expect that "tight" feeling afterwards. Great as a basic makeup remover too.
