Great product usually.
I have used this product for some time now. I am a mechanic and it can combat grease the grease leaving me clean and doesn't dry out skin. I am a bit unhappy with the last batch I bought 4 bottles and they were all very liquid not like the normal gel like body wash I am accustomed. Still smelled fine and kept me clean but I felt like I need to use more of it to get the same result.

I have a very active, 14 year old, son. Between the changes in his body (puberty) and the fact that he plays sports 7 days a week, he was facing issues with breakouts, not only on his face (as expected) but also on his back and chest. He was becoming very self-conscious, and we tried everything to help keep it under control. After using this product, daily, after physical activity, we started to notice a huge difference! Less breakouts, and it helped clear up the existing breakout. Plus, he loved the scent, and liked that it was geared to men.

After taking a shower with this shower gel you really smell so fresh and clean. It is very gentle and great for sensitive skin and dry skin. It has a nice creamy and smooth feeling to it. Skin feels very soft and smooth after using this shower gel. You don’t need a lot to have a nice soothing bath or shower so the bottle will last a long time. I really recommend this shower gel.

Horrible Smell
I tried this body wash because it was recommended by a friend.
The smell was so awful my co-workers complained of the smell and I got sent home to "take a shower".
I agree with my co-workers, when I got home to shower, I could even smell the horrible smell on my cloths and had to change right through.
Sorry but I cannot recommend the Extra Fresh body wash.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really enjoy this Dove Fresh Awake body wash. It has a nice refreshing scent that isn't too overwhelming and doesn't linger.
I've combined this with the Dove "Invigoration Ignite" shampoo/conditioner Dove Men's Invigoration Ignite Shampoo Plus Conditioner, 355g which has a bit of ginger in the scent and pairs nicely with Fresh Awake scent. I have a good sense of smell and now my showers smell fantastic, really bring up my alertness.
The other thing I really like is that it's not harsh on my skin like some other body washes I've used. Sometimes I'd get blotches of red on my forehead or hands from using certain soaps or washes, but so far this one hasn't caused any issues.
Great body wash overall, I'm really happy with it. Highly recommend it.

I need to sense more scents
I abandoned my usual Old Spice and tried Dove men care because I realize the importance of moisture, especially living where I do which is dry with low humidity. But I really miss a good scent. I would love a better smelling and more powerful smelling Dove.

New formula is very watered down!
I've been buying this product for years now. But the past 2 times I've purchased it, it seems like the formula has been watered down! I thought it was just one defective bottle so I bought another one from a different retailer a couple months later and it was the same thing. The liquid squirts out at random angles and you have to use more now to get the same lather. Change the formula back and I'm sure you will keep customers from looking elsewhere.

I bought him this for his stocking last Christmas and he picked up other products in the line because he enjoyed this one so much. It has a great fresh scent and a very refreshing feeling. The exfoliation is mild enough that it can also be used on the face. I also really like the packaging - classic and masculine.
