Perfect boy family soap
My husband and sons refuse to use more than one product in the shower. They say it’s high maintenance (eyeroll.) This lead to them all using the bar soap on their hair and extreme greasy-ness- it wasn’t a good look. So I swapped all the soap for this one. Now their hair isn’t greasy and they all smell like almonds which I like and apparently my kids have been told smells good by their female friends. Others have said that the bar loses its scent but I don’t find that to be the case at all. My husband’s also a soldier so he likes that it’s not liquid so it’s easy to take on the plane and throw in his rucksack without worrying it’ll spill (there was a head n shoulders incident early in our relationship that caused big problems.) I like it and use it instead of body wash too. If you live in a frat house of your own making- this is your soap!

The usual high-quality from Dr. Bronner but a strong almond scent!
I love Dr. Bronner's soaps and highly recommend them - very high quality, gentle on the skin, and good quality ingredients. However, the almond isn't my favourite because the scent is a little too strong for me - but if you love almond or don't mind a stronger scent than the rest, then give it a try!

I had high hopes for this one
Unfortunately a ssoob as you open it the smell disappears. I've had it open for 3 days, used it twice and it just smells like unscented soap. Super disappointed BC I love almond smell. It does clean very well and doesn't seem to dry me out, but disappointed about the smell

Love the almond scent!
This is my kids' favourite scent. I think I've tried them all. I usually stick with the baby mild since it's scent free but thought I'd try almond and my kids always ask for it now when I switch the bars. Cleans well and lasts a long time.

For those with a house full of boys
My husband is a soldier and deploys often and "can't cart around a bunch of bottles." Even solid shampoo seems like too much for him, and unfortunately, my two sons seem to have picked up Dad's disdain for using more than one product in the shower. But whatever they've been using lately was leaving their hair really greasy looking and smelled awful- but my husband and oldest get eczema and they insisted that it was the only thing that didn't make them overly dry. While looking for an all-in-one bar for them someone mentioned castile soap, so I decided to give it a try. I love the smell of marzipan- and that's exactly what this soap smells like. It's the perfect scent for a hoard of boys. They've been using it for about a month and their hair looks fresh and clean again, they all smell amazing- it's not a strong scent, but noticeable if you get close. Their eczema hasn't flared and in fact my oldest's seems to be better. Husband is happy because he can just take the one bar, and I told him he can even wash his clothes with it in a pinch and he delighted at that. So we're a Dr. Bronner's almond family now it seems.

AmaZing smell!
I love the smell of this soap! It’s so soft and gentle on my skin and I can use it on my 2 year old as well with no skin irritation!

I KEEP THIS IN THE HOUSE AT ALL TIMES. MY FAVORITE SOAP FOR BOTH BODY AND HAIR. LATHERS LIKE CRAZY. RINSES OFF SQUEAKY CLEAN.
