Works great, breaks easily
So it's hard to know how to rate these. I've been using them for ages, probably 10 years give or take. They work great. They help my neck pain so much that I honestly feel like I can't live without one, they help prevent my migraines, they help with an old whiplash injury that was never treated. But. They break so easily. I use it once or twice a week, on average. I am so careful. I don't over-inflate it. I'm gentle with the pump. And yet, I haven't had one yet that lasts more than maybe 6 months.
The first one I ever had, I thought it was a fluke, when it got a leak. So I bought another. Same thing a few months later. And on and on and on. At 40 bucks a pop, this is so expensive for me. Minimum wage doesn't go far! My last one just broke last night, I came here to think about buying another, and thought I'd leave a review while I was at it. The one-star review isn't because they don't work, it's because of the constant breaking. I've bought....lets see...probably 2 a year for 10 years. That's 20 of them. Every one develops a leak that I can't fix. 20 in a row with leaks is not a co-incidence. And I don't even pump them up as much as I'd like to, as I'm afraid that the pressure that that creates would simply make a leak develop faster.
