Just ok
I got great relief from the cooling pad liners, tucks pads, and the padsicles that I made at home. This spray was ok but offered the least relief of all of the other options I had post partum.

Disappointed
I was looking forward to this item but unfortunately it was disappointing on a few fronts. First, it didn't really help me heal faster or reduce pain. Secondly, it didn't spray upside down as others have commented. Thirdly, I have less than half left in the bottle and now the spray doesn't seem to work at all so whatever is left is going to waste... I love all the other mama earth products (i recommend the sitz bath tea, nipple butter, diaper balm, lotion and shampoo) but this one was a disappointment.

I gift this to all pregnant friends
I give this to all my pregnant friends, as this was a lifesaver for me in postpartum! Such a soothing, refreshing spray that takes a little of the "ouch" away, and I swear helped me heal faster. Love all Earth Mama products! Highly recommend, even if it seems a bit "unnecessary".

Order Two!
I bought one bottle before giving birth to my son. Used it immediately afterwards and it gave me so much comfort. After having a third degree tear, I ended up buying a second bottle to keep that comfort going for longer! Highly recommend.

New Mom Relief
This really helps give you some relief after childbirth especially if you deliver vaginally. Herbs smell pleasant and the cooling sensation is pretty quick. A little goes a long way as well.

Highly recommend! Super soothing on tender areas and without a doubt sped up recovery also. Will never go postpartum without it again. Love how the nozzle sprays even when upside down too.
