Favourite sea vegetable variety
I’ve been using this Arame for many years. It is consistently good, being the only sea vegetable I can use in subtle-tasting miso soups - the other sea vegetables become too mucilaginous and goopy. This has a delicate taste and texture and only needs pre-soaking for a short time in cold water - a great introduction too for someone who isn’t familiar with seaweeds in cooking.

Love this stuff!!
I love Eden Arame. It takes great, it's easy to make and almost always available on Well.ca. It's a very difficult product to find and isn't in any of my grocery stores here. I'm always very excited to receive Well's shipment when there's Arame in the box :) Thanks for being so awesome and for selling such amazing and unique products.
