I really like the Eden Organic Canned Garbanzo Beans even with the higher price. I find that these are softer right out of the can. I wish that all Canned Garbanzo Beans came already shelled. It would save an extra step prior to making hummus or other dishes. The shells are tasteless and harder to digest so it is worth the extra time it takes to remove them.
