Cultivé biologiquement dans le Montana. Rôti au feu et roulé en flocons. Le khorasan, alias kamut, est un ancien blé non hybride souvent apprécié par ceux qui sont sensibles au blé hybride moderne. Pour les céréales chaudes ou les entrées, dans les soupes, les ragoûts, le muesli, le granola, les biscuits, la croûte à tarte et les produits de boulangerie. 100 % grains entiers.

Perfect product, but be aware THIS IS WHEAT and is NOT GLUTEN FREE
Eden Organics creates excellent products with excellent value and this is no exception. I'm so glad I found these flakes on Well because they have become impossible to find anywhere else. HOWEVER, please be aware that Kamut is actually just a strain of WHEAT and it is NOT GLUTEN FREE. It does contain gluten. Please, if you have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten or have been diagnosed with celiac diesease, do not consider this to be a safe option. It is not. Other reviewers apparently mistakenly believe this to be a wheat-free or gluten-free alternative breakfast cereal, so I felt it necessary to add this. However, 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone without the above conditions.

Better than Oats Anytime!
I have been using both Kamut and Spelt Flakes instead of regular oats for years. These flakes hold their texture in porridge, and I believe the porridge has more flavour. I also use them in place of regular oats in any recipe with great success. I particularly like the EDEN brand because the of the large size of the flakes. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!
