femMED Sleep is specially formulated to reduce wakefulness, and can help improve the quality of sleep. This product also helps to promote earlier onset and longer duration of sleep, and helps to restore the bodys sleep-wake cycle.

Medicinal Ingredients: Melatonin, Magnolia Bark, Blue Scullcap, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, 5-HTP, Amur Bark , L-Theanine

Caution: Do not use this product if you are pregnant,breastfeeding, have scleroderma, or are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. JohnҒs wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, abdominal pain, muscle pain, skin changes, oral ulcers, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks [chronic insomnia].
