Adequate calcium as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.

Directions: Adults: Chew 2 tablets up to 2 times per day. Start with 2 tablets and gradually increase up to 4 tablets. To minimize potential stomach discomfort, take with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Caution: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort such as gas, bloating, cramps. For adults over 50 years old taking 4 tablets per day, Kidney stone formation has been known to occur with this daily quantity of calcium.
