Very hydrating
For dry damaged hair.. which I definitely have. Its been bleached and colored in the past which I'll never do again (resorted to henna now). This shampoo takes a bit to foam, you only need to use a dime size amount but add water as you shampoo it in. Its as natural as it can be, no SLS which I'm happy with doesn't dry out your hair. The avocado is a bonus, known to have many health benefits to hair.. it really does clean your hair well and leaves it feeling hydrated and healthy looking. I follow up with the Argan Keratin conditioner for soft detangled hair.
