Hit or miss
Loved this the first time I made it. Great texture, nice mild taste. Second time I made (same exact way) it totally crumbled. There must have been 5-10 intact pieces. The rest looked like rice. Strangely inconsistent.

Delicious!
Thought I’d give gluten-free a try and this pasta did not disappoint! Couldn’t taste the difference and held together well with my olive oil sauce. Wish it came in different sizes though, leftovers would be nice!

Completely Falls Apart
You either get broken spaghetti or mashed spaghetti if you use this. From the minute it goes in it begins to break, I was shocked because they have many fantastic shaped noodles that cook perfectly.

Great GF product
Great pasta product-best brand I’ve tried. Even holds up pretty well as next day left overs-most with a rice base disintegrate too easily and quickly.
