Makes clean up a breeze.
I agree with the downsides stated in the other review, but it's far from "absolutely pointless". I've not had any liquids or sauces leak through. This cover makes cleanup WAY easier. Instead of pulling apart the entire chair (removing from table, taking off arms, removing metal bar, washing in the washing machine, etc.), I pull off the cover (two snaps), hand wash in the sink, leave it to dry for a few hours, and then it easily slides back onto the chair. Highly recommend, especially if you're BLW!

Pointless, ineffective
Absolutely pointless. Not waterproof (even just the underside, so it fails to prevent milk or sauces from penetrating the seat fabric (which is also inconvenient to clean). Elastication means my child's feet get caught upon entry to the leg holes with every use.
