Unrefined cane sugar?
Unrefined cane sugar usually contains 8 -15 % of cane molasses and pure cane juice, amongst some other elements. It is characterized by darker color. Inary sugar, however, in the best case would be raw cane sugar. Taking into consideration its rather fine size and a very light color, this seems as refined cane sugar. Label and product description claims unrefined but unfortunately this does not appear being the case. Disappointing. (My mistake for not observing its too much light color.)

Great
The taste of this sugar is good, and it dilutes well.

Great, healthy flavour
Inari Organic Golden Cane Sugar is a much healthier alternative to refined sugars. It dissolves very easily in hot and cold liquids, and has a mellow, subtle taste. Another great feature that I have noticed is you don't need as much of this cane sugar compared to other sugars - a little goes a longer way! I recommend this product!

Love this sugar
I have used this organic sugar for many years ... the only one I will put in my tea or coffee. Have not yet tried it for baking muffins, lemon loaf etc... not sure if it will blend well.
