Organic Navy Beans are also known as White Pea Beans. They are small, white and round and are commonly used to make baked beans, but are also excellent in soups, salads and stews.

Cooking Directions: Steep in 3 parts of water for 8 hours. Rinse and cook in 4 parts of water for 1 part of beans. Simmer for 2 hours.

Although baked beans can be tedious to make this product makes the process worthwhile. Great taste and size. Minimal waste - great value.
