Melatonin 3 mg Also contains: Cellulose, modified cellulose gum, silica, water soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide. NON-GMO. NO sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.
Warnings: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia).
