Only 1 pill a day
I’ve been using this product for almost 1 month. I take it to help with faster recovery after workouts and to ease joint stiffness in the mornings (I’m 51 year old female). I am very pleased with the results. It seems to do those two things. The best thing about it is that you only have to take 1 small capsule per day, unlike other collagen or glucosamine products where you have to take 3-9 pills per day, or drink heaps of powder. It’s nice too that it is 2 products in 1. I’m not sure why it recommends only taking it for 3 months? I’ll have to do some research on that. Bottom line, I’m very pleased with this product!

It works!!
I have been taking this product for a little over 3 weeks and see an amazing difference. I suffer with osteoarthritis and tendonitis in my hands, which constantly swell and are painful to use. After just a few weeks the swelling is almost gone and some of the pain too.

Works for me
To be honest when you have chronic pain, it's hard to know what works and doesn't because multiple factors affect pain. Of all product I have been taking, I am quite sure this one works as I have been taking it for 3 months now.

Relief
This plus 2 Tylenol arthritis pills in the morning sets the day off to a good start. I like that only 1 pill daily is the dosage.
