Too much fragrance
The product itself works great in putting volume in my hair but WOW the fragrance is u believably strong!! From the bottle it smells like a gently scent but when added to hot water and the heat of the shower it becomes overwhelming to say the least! If you have any fragrance allergies, like me, DO NOT BUY this!

Great conditioner
I bought this by accident, intending to buy a different Live Clean conditioner. My hair is thick and curly, and way overdue for a cut (pandemic!), so I thought a volume-adding conditioner was going to be a comical disaster, but it's actually working really well--hasn't made it puffy and frizzy.

Not a favourite
I found this conditioner to be heavy and difficult to rinse out. As well, the scent is very unappealing. And for something that's supposed to be volumizing, it seemed to flatten my fine hair, and it felt a tad greasy. I wouldn't buy this product again.
