LOVE THIS OIL!!
I love that it is CANADIAN, organic & one of the best hemp oil available.(I keep a stock of the gels on hand for travel,etc) I take 1-2 TBSP daily; for a simple salad dressing just add some fresh squeezed lemon to it or any other favorite dressings that call for oil. I also like to use it topically on my skin after a shower, leaves my skin soft & combats dryness. I have also rubbed a small amount in my hair a hour or two before shampooing to give my hair a boost when it is dry be sure to massage it into the scalp too. By taking by mouth it also helps hair & skin look & feel better. have also used it on grandchildren with dry scaly, alligator skin both by mouth stirred in yogurt & topically without the burn other oils & lotions can do & without the horrible additives in so many products...plain, simple & effective!!
