Helps supress my appetite while keeping me regular
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been using Metamucil Orange powder to help suppress my hunger. I've had issues with over eating so something like this that I can take prior to a meal to fill me up, has definitely helped me. Plus the fact that the additional fibre helps keep me regular has definitely made my guts feel better.I have tried Metamucil many years ago and I find the flavour is much better than what I recall. It blended well with water and there were no nasty clumps while I drank it. It's definitely something I will continue to use in the future.

Was impressed.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I didn't think I'd like this product. I was expecting a gritty texture and horrible flavour. I was wrong. The orange flavour was refreshing and it did completely dissolve.
I'm not sure if it's intentional but I found that I was less hungry drinking this. I find that this may be better then the increased regularity.

Fibre Benefits

I have to admit that I first wanted to try Metamucil because it is different from other products in this category. It is simply additional fibres that helps with irregularity. But I was really surprized to see that it can also be used to lower cholesterol and even to temporarily suppress appetite when taken prior to a meal. This product can easily be incorporated into a healthy diet. Although, it has to be taken on a regular basis to increase the benefits. I will definitely continue to use this product and happy that I did get to discover it through #TOPBOX. I recommend.

Tastes Great

It helped make me more regular and I plan on continuing to use this. It is a very good product, the powder dissolves fairly quickly in water, the orange taste is sweet and not too pronounced it is perfect for me. This product did not leave an aftertaste in the mouth. I liked the effect of metamucil which reduces appetite and aids in digestion.

Why Did I wait so long to try this?
Can't believe the difference in my daily routine to the bathroom. I've used Metamucil for 4 days now and the improvement is noticeable. I only use 1 tsp mixed with a little juice or water first thing in the morning, once a day. Thanks Dr Oz for recommending I try this product

This stuff is amazing
After having issues using the bathroom I discovered metamucil while looking at laxatives. I took the two week challenge and it's honestly the greatest product ever. I use the bathroom 2 times a day now and my digestive issues have disappeared.

Helps regulate your digestive system

Metamucil Orange made with real sugar powder is a great additive to help maintain a healthy digestive system. I have been using it for a week now to help suppress my appetite and it actually helps. It dissolves quickly and doesn't leave a gritty taste .It actually tastes like an orange creamsicle. It provides me with the fiber that I lack in my diet as I don't eat properly. Love this stuff!
