Ne pas utiliser pendant la grossesse.
Dose recommandée : Prendre 1 capsule 4 fois par jour. Les femmes de plus de 175 lbs prennent 2 capsules 3 fois par jour.
Ingrédients médicinaux : Graines de fenugrec, feuilles de chardon béni, feuilles d'ortie, graines de fenouil. Ingrédients non médicinaux : Lécithine, cellulose microcristalline, triglycérides à chaîne moyenne (huile de palme) et/ou cocos nucifers (noix de coco).

I bought this while struggle to produce a lot of milk when pumping- after a day of taking the pills I was filling bottles while pumping for only 15min. Highly recommend to any mom who is struggling to produce milk.

Every breastfeeding mom should give it a chance!
If you are trying to increase your milk production, this is it. I’m still breastfeeding for my 9 month old baby and want to continue till she is 1 year old. I take 2 pills a day. One AM and 1 PM and it helps to cover my baby’s need. In addition to the pill, drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water also affects my production.
