A must have in my pantry
I have tried a number of gluten-free muffin mixes and this is my favorite. The texture and consistency of the muffins are quite nice, not sandy or gritty. I add blueberries or other fruit to the mix. The muffins also freeze quite well. Haven't tried the mix yet for scones.

My favourite gluten free scones - but I added protein powder!
I love these scones! I only used half of the powder (1.5 cups) and add 1.5 cups of my vegan protein powder. I use coconut oil instead of butter, unsweetened almond milk and the 2 eggs. I also add frozen blueberries or strawberries. Next batch with grated apples & cinnamon.

Not the best GF product
We followed the directions for muffins and added blueberries. These were the worst GF product I’ve purchased and I’ve been gluten free for over 10 years. Dry, flavourless, powdery aftertaste, all the things other companies have worked to move away from.

Muffins to love
We have only used this mix for muffins, but those results are delicious. The muffins are light and moist, and they are just as good with PB and jelly as they are alongside a bowl of stew.
