Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gluten free flour blend! Just being diagnosed as Celiac, and with this pandemic upon us, I wanted to spend time baking. I am so happy I read the reviews and went with this flour blend! I’ve been using in wheat flour recipes and just substituting the flour cup for cup. Works like a charm! Highly recommend! I ordered 2 bags on my last order because this keeps being sold out.

When I was told to give up potatoes in anyform, as well as all nightshades, I was pleased to notice the improvement in the arthritic symptoms. Most all glutenfree products contain potato starch, and/or corn starch which I also have avoid. I have found complete success using Namaste GF Perfect Flour Blend, and so grateful that Well is still offering it, as my health food store doesn't stock it anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is without a doubt the worst GF flour blend I have tried and I certainly not a 1:1 replacement. It gives baking the consistency of glue, even when using less. I’ve tried it in several recipes and will be throwing the remainder of the bag out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not bad! but I prefer no xanthan this flour was good overall but it doesn't indicate the amount of xanthan gum ratio so it's hard to figure out if you need to add more in or not (which I did need to do for some recipes)
