La mélatonine liquide Heavenly Sleep de Natural Calm Canada est formulée pour réduire le temps nécessaire à l'endormissement et le nombre de réveils après l'endormissement. Il est important de noter que la carence en mélatonine est rare. En fait, la majorité des problèmes de sommeil sont associés à une carence en magnésium. Le magnésium active la mélatonine de l'organisme pour un sommeil réparateur. Essayez donc d'abord une supplémentation en magnésium avec le citrate de magnésium de Natural Calm avant d'essayer un supplément de mélatonine.
Dose recommandée : (Adultes) Prendre une gorgée (1 mL) par jour au coucher ou avant.

Effective and Helpful
A pediatrician recommended Melatonin as she uses it for her own children.
I add .25 to my children’s (age 3 & 6) night time milk on nights I feel they are not exhausted from activity (2-3x/wk). It helps them to fall asleep without restless tossing and turning. It has also stopped our 3 year old from waking in the night.

Loved the first time we purchased ....
This is the second time I have purchased this melatonin for my children. First time, I was extremely happy- would rate a 5. However, this time the dropper doesn’t have the amount listed on. I can’t give to my son because I don’t know the amount of melatonin coming out of the dropper. If they go back to showing the measurement on the dropper I would happily purchase again (kids like the taste and seems to work well).
