Ingredients
Certified Organic Freeze-dried Valerian root (1:5 extract)... 3 ml
(Valeriana officinalis) equivalent to 0.6 g dried root

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
25-35% Organic ethyl alcohol derived from sugar cane.

Directions
Take 3ml, one to three times daily as needed. Shake well before using. Sedimentation is normal
