Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much easier to tolerate! This product is as it’s name indicates much gentler on your stomach. I have tried three brands and felt terrible heartburn like fire right in the middle of my chest. I do have a hiatus hernia mind you but every time I took iron pills I thought I was going to burn a hole right through my body! These are much easier for me to tolerate thankfully because I am anemic and need to get my iron levels up so these along with vitamin C & folic acid should do the trick nicely. Thanks Nature’s Bounty and well.ca!

My iron was low at one point so I started taking this supplement and it works perfect to keep my iron at the level it should be. I find it very gentle on my stomach …it does not give any side effects whatsoever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, so good. I started taking these because my fingernails had been splitting and a lack of iron is a possible cause. My nails are stronger and I’ve noticed that I have more energy. I take one tablet every other day and have no stomach or constipation issues.
