The label specifically states that this product contains gluten. This was NOT disclosed on well.ca. I would not have purchased this had I known.

I used to take vitamin B & C separately. So happy to find this one with vitamin C. The softgel is a bit big to my liking though.

Maybe another time
Unfortunately, I didn't get to try this B-Complex. Some of the capsules had ruptured, so the bottle of them felt oily. I did not feel comfortable taking them.
I am not sure if I will buy this Nature's Bounty product again, although I have bought other vitamins from them and was quite satisfied.
