Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major disappointment I love Neal Brothers. I can't get them locally anymore and that's a problem because I don't really have other crunch options that my body tolerates well. I ordered a bunch, enough to get me through summer, and added some things I didn't really need but will use eventually to qualify for free shipping. When the order arrived, the heavy packages were on top of the tortillas and three of the five were flattened to crumbs. I was so upset. I called right away and they seemed nice. She reimbursed the funds for the damaged bags and I have a credit for shipping that expires the end of August. She also promised to update the packer so they would learn from the experience. When I went online that night to replace my damaged order, wouldn't you know, they were sold out. I can't replace them. Now I'm even more upset. I had a hard time finding anything else I wanted when I ordered the first bags, I doubt there is anything I want to spend my money on so that I can use the shipping voucher, so it's no good to me. Why are Neal Brothers going away? They are the only ones that don't hurt me in limited amounts. So many have that disgusting sodium hydroxide in them which ruins the taste, or fats that I can't digest. I don't really tolerate much that has starches and sugars no dairy, no grains, few fruits and vegetables. This is so disappointing. To be fair though, nobody else seems to have reported this issue so maybe I was just very unlucky on my packer. I'm more disappointed then upset or angry, and more due to my circumstances and that food I can eat is already difficult to source and lately, with what's happening in the world, it's getting even harder, Neal Brothers gone, Kensington's gone or super high price, the cost of produce and chicken and blueberries... tough times ahead for people with food sensitivities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great texture I love these chips a lot. They’re good with Neal Brothers Queso. The consistency is different than most chips like them. Still crunchy, but not as hard if that makes sense?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from average Not a terrible chip but a bit too salty. The taste itself is good but it hurts your mouth after a while since its too salty.
