I found them a bit dry, it breaks into crumbs in your mouth in an unsatisfying way, feels like you're eating something processed as opposed to a piece of fibery meat. Not something I'm excited to eat.

Didn’t pass the picky eater test
I’m Always looking for gluten free option, for the family. Unfortunately my kids are super picky eaters and these did not pass the test.
Not recommending only because I have found better brands that are gluten free that the kids like.
