Not gentle if you wear anything waterproof
As per an earlier review, this remover is a little too gentle in that you have to scrub your eyes and surrounding *delicate* area to remove waterproof mascara. I’ve actually had to use soap after the fact to remove the remnants. It’s my back up when I run out of the cream version - which is FAR superior. But honestly after my last stab at it, I think I’ll opt for hand soap over this product.

Returning Item
I usually use Nivea express remover but thought I would try this as it says new formula. It did not remove my mascara easily I had to scrub my eyelashes and it still did not remove it all. It was very irritating and drying to they eyes. Would not recommend

Nothing better!
Gentle. Moisturizes without oiliness, as I tend to develop blocked pores.
Works well with non waterproof mascara.
Has prevented my eyelids from developing flaking. I love this product. Used it for years!
