The Solution
This solved everything for me! I first tried MCT oil (of a different leading brand) with such high hopes, but for some reason, I got a very upset stomach every time, and it had no effect energy and mental clarity wise. I figured my system just doesn't process MCT properly and it's just not for me. I almost gave up until I happened to try this Nutiva powder. Zero stomach issue and makes me amazingly productive and sharp-minded!

If you keto'ing, this is an excellent alternative to a beverage creamer (e.g. tea, coffee, etc). It has a slight coconut bitterness in taste. While it is soluable in liquids, a few tiny lumps are left floating atop the beverage; otherwise, I highly recommend this product.

Love it!
Add to my coffee every morning with my sugar free vanilla creamer and it adds a almost melted marshmallow texture! Its wayyy less oily than the liquid form. I do keto and this a great addition, definitely noticed a difference.

I like the powdered version better in my bullet proof coffee- made in the blender- it breaks up any chunks- not as ouly as the liquid version!

Bought it to try as creamer alternative in tea.
Tastes good. Mixes mostly good in hot drinks, but still a few small lumps.
