Tastes like sunflower seeds
It's good, and does taste like sunflower seeds, but I was surprised by the bitterness; it's not terribly bitter, but definitely has an edge to it. Still, I use it on toast and it's decent. I think it'd also be good to use in cooking in situations similar to tahini. The consistency is very smooth, even out of the fridge, yet it doesn't separate very easily—that's convenient!
