Great neck pillow!
This is a great pillow if you need firm neck support. I have wasted so much money purchasing other contour pillows, then decided to try this one. It has held up longer than other contour pillows so far. I have only been using it for about a month so far but it has provided me with the support I need from a pillow!

Pillow is smaller than appears in picture
Pillow size 13x 21 in. Does allieve neck pain but small size makes your head fall off pillow during night movements causing disruptive sleep.

Seems like it has helped
Have had it for about ten days so far and I really do think my neck pain has diminished by quite a bit! If you're considering it because you're in pain, I think it's worth a shot. I sleep on it with the big roll under my neck
I can't see it being comfortable any other way, but that's fine.
