once you try this oats you will fall in love with it
I first tried this oats from Costco but they just discontinued so I was very excited to find this at well.ca. I make Granola with this. Love the texture, easy to digested feel very clean when I eat. Most of all I like the taste.

The oats are good, just not sure why the little bag is so expensive. Will not buy it from Well.ca again.

My Favourite Oats!
I had heard that sprouted oats were very beneficial and I thought of doing it myself but the process was rather long and space needy. So I was thrilled when this Canadian company introduced a whole line of organic sprouted oats! A bit pricey but so worth it.

Amazing Oats!
The texture of these oats are perfect. I've used them in energy balls, cookies, overnight oats and oatmeal and they are great every time. So filling and amazing flavour! definitely recommend.

The only oats I buy
I love everything about this product. They are organic and even sprouted, which makes them easier to digest. I am a coeliac with a lot of additional food intolerances and these are my go to. I found a very simple and easy way to cook them. I add them to the sauce pan with water and let them sit for an hour. And then when it comes time to cook them, it only takes a minute or two. For extra nutrition and fiber, I add ground flax, sunflower seeds, rice bran powder and a little psyllium . Top off with maple syrup. I never get tired of eating this..

Someone recommended this to me and now I eat it every day for breakfast because it is organic there are no pesticides so it’s a great start to the day!
