Instructions : Ponts, appareils dentaires, implants et espaces larges : En utilisant l'extrémité rigide, enfilez la mousse spongieuse entre les dents et l'appareil ou dans les espaces larges. Effectuez un léger mouvement de va-et-vient pour éliminer la plaque bactérienne. Tirez le fil spongieux jusqu'à la section du fil ordinaire. Faites glisser délicatement le fil normal sous la ligne gingivale. Effectuez un mouvement de haut en bas pour aider à éliminer la plaque. Dents normales : Faire glisser doucement la soie ordinaire entre les dents et sous la ligne gingivale. Nettoyez sous la ligne des gencives comme indiqué ci-dessus. Utilisez une nouvelle section de fil dentaire pour chaque dent.

Did not like this product at all
I don't have braces or bridge work. I tried using Super Floss when Complete Deep Clean Ultra Floss was discontinued. I found Super Floss awkward to use (couldn't slide between teeth like regular floss, so have to feed it between teeth at the gum line using the stiffened end) and only useful for the short piece of spongy floss, so the majority of the floss was a waste for me. I contacted Oral-B customer support about Complete Deep Clean Ultra Floss, who recommended Super Floss as an alternative, but this floss did not work for me at all. Not perfect
Because you stopped making the best floss which was Oral-B Complete Deep Clean Ultra Floss, we had to find something else. I like the stiffened end to get between my teeth as I have braces, but I can only use the small portion of spongy-floss to clean my teeth as the other part can't pass between my teeth, get stuck and breaks... So please, if you are not going to bring back the Oral-B Complete Deep Clean Ultra Floss on the market, could you at least, increase the length of the spongy-floss on this one

Doesn't replace Ultra Floss
Unfortunately I was told that this floss was the "new kid replacing Ultra floss". It doesn't even compare. Ultra floss felt better, was less stiff, and it CAME ON A ROLL! If ultra floss doesn't return, Oral-B will have lost a customer in the floss department.

*Almost* the best floss ever
Oral-B's foamy floss products are super, and the rigid end on Super floss is, well, super at getting underneath my wire. The rest of my teeth, however, are not in love with Super floss. The 'normal' length of floss after the foamy part is too rigid and uncomfortable to use, while the foamy part is too short to wrap around your fingers. I end up using the Complete Deep Clean Ultra on all but five teeth, which is JUST foamy floss and therefore wonderful. Just wish it had a rigid little pokey end to get under my wire, then I wouldn't go through double the floss everyday.

New mint flavour is gross
I used to love this floss and have used it since the 90s. It used to be unflavoured. Now it has a gross fake mint taste that gave me cancers, burning lungs, sore throat, and a headache. Yes, a little string of floss did all of that. The smell is even coming out of the box. It stinks like those gross scented trash bags, or a roadside outhouse fake smell. I've written to Oral-B about it and plan to report it to Consumer Product Safety. If you also miss the old unflavoured version, please wrote to Oral-B. They should change it back! This fake mint is foul.

Helpful product
Have used with permanent dentures for many years.
Only product that works to clean them. used to be made in Ireland, not sure where made now. Quality seems to be changing.

Are you discontinue the Deep Clean Ultra floss?
I brought a box to try out last week because I cannot find the Deep Clean Ultra floss, but it was nothing like the old Deep Clean Ultra floss. The soft section was too short, I measured it and it has only 12.5cm, which is your whole length's 20.8% and the regular section too stiff is 39cm (65%), leave 8.5cm (14.2%) as the end. I ended up only use the soft section. In my case, it is not money worth using only 20.8% of the whole floss, I would not buy again. Please bring back the Deep Clean Ultra floss.

Bring back Deep Clean Ultra Floss!
The super floss section is way too short, and the regular section is too stiff and wide to slip between my teeth. Why did you discontinue the Deep Clean Ultra Floss, on a roll? It was perfect for all my teeth, including my bridge? VERY DISAPPOINTED this has been discontinued. Please bring it back. This floss is intrinsically a good product, but doesn’t work for me.
