Best I've been able to find thus far
I've been giving magnesium to my son to help with his ADHD and anxiety. I first tried a powdered mix from another popular brand, only to discover it consisted of the wrong type of magnesium despite what their brand name suggests. Then I tried another brand in a powdered drink mix, correct type of magnesium, but it was so time consuming to disolve the powder in boiling water (we used our espresso machine to get hot water, which was fast). On top of that, the taste was so horrible that my son had to down it like a shot. This one is a quick pour and your done. He still drinks it like a shot, but he says the taste isn't nearly as bad. Plus, based on my research, the liquid form is most easily absorbed into your body. I just wish it was less expensive! I'd like to give it to my daughter as well...actually all of us, but it gets crazy expensive to buy one bottle a month for just one person in a family of four! I don't know if it's working for his anxiety or not because we are also giving him something else from the same company, but he has been more calm lately. Either way, it can't hurt. Fingers crossed it's helping!

Solid chunks in the bottle
Large chunks of something were floating around in the bottle. Started out as a giant lump so I thought maybe it was something plastic to help mix it up when shaking. Eventually it broke up over time. As a result I got less than full doses as I started the bottle and it got more concentrated as I took more. Tastes awful as well. I'll pass on repurchasing.

Wish I Found This Sooner!
This is the first magnesium supplement that I have noticed is actually making a difference and I think it's the liquid form. I've tried a bunch of different powders in the past which all taste gross and I didn't find it was even making any difference. Since using this muscle spasms have been almost none existent. I will admit the taste isn't very good but it's worth it.

Love/Hate Relationship
While I love having a tablespoon before bed and it 100% helps me (I have the best sleep and wake up feeling refreshed), most of the bottles I've purchased have solids in them and cannot break apart or dissolve. At times there is about 2cm of solid particulate at the bottom.
Pros: Liquid/Tasty/Easy to take/WORKS!
Cons: Inconsistent bottles/Particulate builds up quickly or is already present when new.

Works!
Has greatly improved my sleep, able to fall asleep more easily and stay asleep. Less restless legs and less overall joint pain/stiffness. Product works! However the taste is not great but for the price it's definitely a good value.
