Update to Disappointed with Packaging review
After contacting Customer Service, I received a refund for my purchase which I greatly appreciated. If the packaging is not an important issue to you, I do recommend this product as it is cute and exactly what I was looking for; it was the packaging presentation that I was disappointed in and am hoping to purchase this same item with the gift-box packaging elsewhere.

Disappointed with packaging!
While happy with the cute elephant bank itself, I was extremely disappointed with the packaging in which it arrived. It was not in the gift-box package with ribbon as advertised but rather in a plain cardboard box. As this is a gift for a little one, I am disappointed with the packaging - and as I stated, not as advertised!
