Very disappointed.
I have bought Philips' products for years but am frankly disappointed in your toothbrushes. One would think, for the prices charged in Canada, that they would be durable. In fact they are not. The first Diamond model that we purchased lasted barely two years when the battery failed. It was only used by my wife and myself. The battery cannot be replaced, rendering it useless. Our current model will not hold a charge, sometimes cutting out in mid-brushing. Otherwise the performance is what we expected, brushing well and offering variable controls. But we will not be buying another until we are assured that these quality shortcomings have been resolved.

Love it but after 2 months needs to be replaced.
I love the fresh clean feeling after brushing with the 6100. But I am disappointed that it already needs to be replaced / serviced at two months of having it. I also had to change the the toothbrush brush head (I purchased the C3 heads and used one of those first). When I put on the toothbrush head that came with my 6100 it didn’t fit on the metal shaft. It was very loose and would fall off. The brush was also louder than usual and it sounds like a rattle / something is loose in the unit.
I contact customer support to get help with my issue and they were quick and efficient to help me out. Now I’m just waiting on my replacement handle.

Silver around button is peeling off after two week
[Employee of philipsglobal] I have had my toothbrush for about two weeks and it has started to peel around the buttons. The silver layer is peeling off in bits which I keep finding everywhere.

Perfect for everyday toothcleaning )
Only positive experience. Perfect cleaning. I don't have any negatives.
It has various modes from which you can choose the one that suits you now.
Easy intuitive operation.
Come on! It's just a toothbrush )
It's great and does its job well. My teeth are clean.
Has a long battery life, I don't even remember it bothering me, a week or two without charging, then I put it on charge on occasion.

Great product with exceptional warranty.
Bought this electric toothbrush and worked very well for almost a year. The center oscillating broke from inside and started wobbling. Phone Philips warranty and they sent another one out next business day. Expected to get it several days later but received within 4 business days. Exceptional customer warranty service. Would highly recommend if you buy , ensure you take advantage of optional extended warranty if offered.

This is my third or so sonicare. The brush is terrific and allows you to clean your teeth well without damaging your gums. My only complaint is that the brush/battery stops working around the 4 to 5 year mark and you are forced to buy a new brush. Even with 6 month extended warranty offering (if you register your product on line), the max warranty is 2.5 years. This time around, sonicare did offer me 2 free brush heads if I bought a new tooth brush. For me, you have to get a brush with 3 or so settings as I need gum care (a more gentle) setting. This new brush seems great

Quit after a little more than 1 year
I had bought 2 at the same time. My other one is still working good. However,this one quit after a little over 1 year.I did not claim the warranty because I figured I would have to pay for shipping it back. I just bought a new one of the same.Hopefully it will last.

Fresh from the dentist feel with every brushing
I love this toothbrush! It alerts you every 30 seconds so you can spend the proper amount of time on each quadrant. You don't need to actively "brush" as the vibration takes care of that for you. Sounds weird but by the time you're done, there are no bubbles left in your toothbrush. Very nice. Only down side is it's a little frightening when the backside of the brush hits a tooth. Phillips needs to consider rubber reinforcement around the periphery of the brush head. The competing refills already do! That said, I'm very satisfied with this toothbrush! Love it!
