Ingrédients
Le bouillon d'os de poulet élevé en liberté de Prairie Naturals est fabriqué à partir des os et du tissu conjonctif du poulet biologique. Le bouillon d'os est une riche source de protéines de collagène, d'acides aminés, de minéraux et de nutriments pour la construction du tissu conjonctif. Cette protéine facile à digérer et respectueuse des intestins peut être utilisée pour préparer un bouillon d'os pratique à emporter.
Mode d'emploi : Ajouter une mesure (15 g) de protéines de bouillon d'os de poulet élevé en liberté à 200-250 ml d'eau chaude, de soupe ou d'autres boissons chaudes ; ajouter à 200-250 ml d'eau froide, de jus ou de smoothie et aromatiser à volonté ; mélanger à des sauces ou à d'autres plats pour donner un coup de pouce aux protéines.

I purchased this as part of a new bone broth diet I wanted to try out and I'm very happy with it. I personally think it tastes and smells good... kind of like rotisserie chicken and I just drink it with hot water. The best part is that I don't have to worry about finding a bunch of free range chicken bones to make the broth with! I did find that I needed to mix it for quite a while until it was completely dissolved. I sometimes add sea salt, black pepper and garlic to taste so others may want to give this a shot if they really don't like the taste.

Canadian or American Product??
Confused about whether the product is Canadian or American? On the front of the container it says "PRODUCT OF USA". At the back of the canister it says "MADE IN CANADA WITH IMPORTED INGREDIENTS". HMMMMM.

I have purchased a few different bone broths and this is not one of my favourites. Don't really like the flavour - it was very bitter and not tasty. Much prefer Organika brand bone broth.

This was my first bone broth so I can't compare it to any other ones. I wasn't quite sure what to expect with a bone broth but this wasn't exactly it. I literally have to plug my nose and gulp it down on its own. I've begun to add this to my smoothies and it doesn't seem to alter the taste so it's a win/win. I'll be trying other brands to see if it gets better. Again...awful smell and taste on its own.

Terrible introduction to bone broth
If you can get past the ammonia-like smell, it tastes absolutely vile. My aunt, who loves bone broth, tried it as well and reported that this does not smell or taste like bone broth should. Maybe it was a bad batch.

I think this company is sketchy. I bought their 'cage free' product. It has 3 different claims on it - "made in canada", "made in canada from imported and domestic product", and "product of the usa". I do not believe they have any facilities in Canada to make product. I think its a drop/shipper kind of business. One has to wonder about the quality of their products.

Horrible taste
I can't drink this without adding a bunch of spices the taste is so bad and I eat broth regularly. I actually use it now when my dog needs her food softened a bit. I add the bone broth to it. Some days she will eat it, other days she won't. That says a lot.
