ave been taking this vitamin d for a long time. I am not able to go out to stores due to health issues. Thanks well.ca for carrying some of my favorite items. It makes isolating at home much easier!

Incredible quality! I trust this brand and appreciate the high dose of Vit D!
If you don't know, humans on the top side of the equator are dangerously low in Vit D levels ... which is a major building block and affects SO many processes!!!!
I even up my intake to 8,000 IU in winter, 6,000 IU in Spring/Summer.
I notice healthy mood management, less headaches, allllll the goodness. I will forever purchase this product. Thanks Well and Prairie Naturals for making it easy to take care of my health.

The thing that seperates these from other brands is that they don't stick together in the jar. My last brand stuck together in a giant ball in the jar
