This is a must have!!!
I usually don't write reviews but knowing how well this worked for me, I want to share it with others who are desperate to get their cold sore gone as fast as possible. This is by far the best product I've used better then abreva. I got one Friday and used this religiously each hour and by Saturday evening it was gone. This is the fastest I've ever seen one go away. I also use lysine vitamins 1000mg 3x on these 2 days I had an outbreak you can find these at any pharmacy. Good luck hope this helps.

used to use Abreva
i used to use abreva for all my cold sores, will never be getting abreva again. this stuff doesn’t make my cold sore go crazy like i felt abreva did.
