Directions for Use & Care: Wash and dry your feet (or hands) thoroughly. slip the pad over toe (or finger) so gel is in direct contact with affected area. Do not place this product over open wounds. Remove for at least four hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Before reusing, hand wash, let air-dry, and sprinkle lightly with powder if gel becomes tacky
