Simply apply the wrap to your upper, mid or lower back for relief from soreness. Directions: Adults and Children over 2 years: Apply thinly and evenly to cover the affected area and gently massage until completely absorbed, up to 3 to 4 times daily. For children (2 to 12 years old), application should be supervised by an adult. If condition persists for more than 7 days, worsens or recurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.

Precautions: For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage after application and avoid external sources of heat, such as heating pads, as this may result in excessive irritation or skin burn. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken orally. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant medication. Rashes and/or burning discomfort and hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

WARNING: This product can cause burns. Check skin frequently during use. If you find irritation or burn, remove product immediately.

55 YEARS OR OLDER: Your risk of burning increases as you age. If you are 55 years of age or older, wear heat wraps over a layer of clothing, not directly against your skin.

Do not wear while sleeping. Ask a physician before use if you have nerve damage or a skin condition, diabetes, poor circulation or heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant. Each heat pad contains iron which can be harmful if swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Centre immediately. Do not use with medicated lotions, creams or ointments or an unhealthy, damaged or broken skin. Do not open heat pad. If contents of heat pad come into contact with skin, mouth or eyes, flush immediately with cold water and consult a physician. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
