Rated 4 out of 5 by from It’s real Goat’s Rue, but this tincture tastes bad! This product is definitely legitimately Goat’s Rue. I feel like it’s helped my supply a little bit, but honestly as with any supplement, I’ll have to take it for a few months before I can say for certain. I was shocked at how strong the alcohol taste was in this tincture. It’s like taking a shot of vodka - not pleasant, or easy to consume. I’ll reorder, but it’s very gross tasting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible taste I bought this for breastmilk supply, but I won’t be able to use it long term. The base of this is pure alcohol, and the taste is horrendous. It tastes like cheap terrible vodka and you have to take it 3 times a day. I don’t drink alcohol and don’t want to taste it every single day. This has also caused extreme dizziness and headaches in the 4 days I have used it. Not happy at all as I hoped this would save my breastfeeding journey.

Both goats rue and milk aplenty helped me with maintaining my milk supply to continue to breast feed my little one and pump to create a freezer stash. The products are easy to take- i usually put it in an oz or two of orange or apple juice because the taste is something to be desired however even the company will admit this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I noticed my milk supply decreased when I got my period back. So I decided to buy this product and it really worked. A few days after start using it, my milk production increase a lot! I’ll definitely buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely noticed a difference. Reviewing as 5-6yr old reviews aren’t as reliable as a fresh one. This product, although it does have a strong taste, is incredible. I had under supply due to a slow feeder and poor latch and was behind by 2 weeks PP. Bought this (along with rumina’s The Milky Way) and within five days my breasts we’re larger and producing more. I was also pumping so that probably contributed to the increase, but together, I was able to salvage my supply. Would buy again, without hesitation.
