This is actually a really nice 'natural' shampoo... leaves my hair really clean, light weight, and silky. You can view the full ingredient list on the Scentuals website... it does contain a "coconut-derived cleanser", so it lathers very well.
The scent is strong and uplifting in the shower, but as it comes from essential oils, the scent does not remain strong on the hair afterwards (which is good with me because I like to use whatever scent I feel like day by day - not to have my hair overpower other scents).
All in all, I really like it :)

My favorite hair care brand.
I LOVE Scentuals. This shampoo is no exception! The scent is so fresh and citrusy... it feels like a luxury product. I would recommend, and would also say you should definitely purchase the conditioner to go with it.

This is a gentle clean .. not overly strong in scent .. wishing it would be a wee bit stronger in that area so I have added more grapefruit essential oils to my bottle!!

Mistake
I was using Oneka and wanted to try a new shampoo since I had been using Oneka for 4 years now. This was a huge mistake, it makes your hair so so so dry. Even my boyfriend who is indifferent to most self care products told me it was really bad, and he's a typical boy, you know? Try the Philips Adam Apple Cider Vinegar collection, way better than Scentuals and Oneka.
